My career has primarily focused on working within the public sector, particularly in the Information Technology field. I started my journey as an IT staff in the Local Government of Legazpi - City Mayor's Office, where I was responsible for the maintenance of ICT equipment, system servers, and the official website. In addition, I handled LAN troubleshooting, provided technical support to internal clients, managed system databases (ETRACS), and created graphic designs and video content for the Legazpi City website.

Afterward, I transitioned to the Local Government of Legazpi - City Budget Office, where I continued my IT-related responsibilities as a Computer Operator I. In this role, I maintained and troubleshooted ICT equipment, updated the official website, designed graphic content, specified appropriate technology equipment for acquisition, and handled LAN and WAN troubleshooting. My duties also extended to various budget-related tasks.

In recognition of my skills and dedication, I was promoted to an Information Systems Researcher I in 2023, where I continued to excel in my IT and administrative roles within the office. In addition to my government positions, I have also been actively engaged in freelance graphic design projects, showcasing my versatility and commitment to my profession.
