Before taking the board exam, I worked in a BPO company where I was required to work alone, follow strict instructions, and sometimes work under pressure depending on the time and work given to me. Mainly my task was to give assistance to customers calling about their gas/electric bills, credits, debts, etc.
In my current job I work as a field service engineer. I do preventive maintenance on die bonder machines. I work under a company that provides support to other companies. I do overhaul on die bonder machines and repair as well if necessary.
