I’m Joshua Mangkikis Gonzalve, a results-driven professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management from the University of Cebu. Currently, I serve as a Business Development Specialist at Philippine Seven Corp., where I spearhead market expansion strategies, lead site acquisition and negotiations, and ensure regulatory compliance in store permitting. My ability to evaluate potential markets through feasibility studies and performance tracking has consistently driven the successful rollout of new store locations.

Previously, I gained foundational experience as an Accounting Intern at Trans-Asia Shipping Lines, where I honed my skills in financial reconciliation, inventory management, and tax documentation.

I am a Business Development Specialist with hands-on experience in strategic market planning, site acquisition, feasibility studies, and managing legal documents. Currently, I work at Philippine Seven Corp., where I help drive the company’s expansion by identifying potential store locations, conducting in-depth market evaluations, leading negotiations with property owners, and ensuring all permitting and regulatory requirements are met. I also assess store performance against targets to gauge the success of our feasibility efforts.

Before this, I worked as an Accounting Intern at Trans-Asia Shipping Lines, where I managed inventory checks, analyzed ticket sales data, reconciled bank transactions, and processed tax documentation—giving me a strong grounding in financial processes and accuracy.
