I would like to express my sincere desire to apply for a suitable position in your company because I know I can be an asset to you. I communicate well both in oral and written English and I am confident that I am a people person. Although I don’t have any experience in this field, I am optimistic that I can easily learn. I have expertise in handling different kinds of customers which might help to facilitate customer service skills. I put all my effort into making sure that these goals are met within the specific time frameset. I can multitask work since I work as a customer experience agent and also as a working student. I can easily adapt and work in different environments. With my qualifications, I believe, I am well-suited to work in your company. 

When I was in college I work in different industries as a part-time worker. I worked as a front office staff in GSAC Hotel where I assign to do the booking, assigning rooms for a particular customer, and providing a warm approach and providing their needs throughout the stay. I also work as a customer service representative in different BPO companies where I was tasked to help customers having problems with the application, update the order status and refund status, and assist with their needs and wants.

I'm an honor student since I was in elementary up to college. I even graduated from the prestigious University here in the Philippines. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management.
