Current position is Food Safety and Sanitation Assistant Managers

Roles are:

Assist Food Safety Manager on implementation of Food Safety all througout the brand
(Din Tai Fung, Manam, 8Cuts, Ooma, Mecha Uma, Bank Bar, Messhall, Shawawama, Phat Pho, Mo Cookies)

Handle a team of Food Safety and Sanitation Officer

Conduct monthly Food Safety Audit

Conduct Food Safety Seminar

Investigate food related complaints

Assist in New Store Opening (NSO) - Store layout, FSS requirement, Pre- audit before store opening

Coordinate with Pest Control Providers, Chemical supplier, and other food safety related concerns for restaurant implementation

Train incoming food safety associate/specialist/Officer

Other Job experience are Food Safety Officer-OIC at Vikings Group of restaurant, QA Auditor at Kuya J restaurant and QA Junior specialist at KFC Philippines

I graduated with a Bachelors degree of Food Technology at Polytechnic University of the Philippines
