I am currently employed as a call center agent at a large company based in Ortigas, Pasig. In my role as a chat support specialist, I handle customer inquiries related to order status and assist customers in filing reports for issues such as lost or damaged items, quality concerns, incorrect products, inaccurate product descriptions, missing items, or incomplete product components. I also create tickets for further investigation and address customers’ concerns in a timely and professional manner.
