I worked as a Project Architect for various project types such as, condominium, retail and office buildings, as well as subdivision and estate projects in Taguig, Makati, Bulacan, and Cavite.

Managed the design process of a project from the planning phase up to implementation to ensure that the overall design intent is executed as per standard;

Worked on the in-house master planning of estates and subdivisions, from the conceptual stage to implementation; 

Handled the creation of the in-house standards for Horizontal Projects;

Worked with various trades such as architectural, interior design, MEPFS and landscape to ensure the accurate implementation of plans; 

Led the coordination of various trades during the BIM clash detection for condominium and office projects;

Worked alongside the construction managers and other stakeholders during the planning and construction phase of the project to create cost-effective solutions to resolve design issues.
