My name is Lois June O. Tompong, and I am a dedicated and passionate educator with a strong foundation in elementary education. At 23 years old, I have accumulated significant experience and honed my skills in the field, driven by a genuine love for teaching and a commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for my students.
I was born on June 5, 2001, in the town of Poblacion East, Bautista, Pangasinan.  
I graduated with a Bachelor of Elementary Education, majoring in Enhanced General Education. My academic journey was marked by rigorous training, comprehensive coursework, and numerous practical experiences that equipped me with the necessary tools to thrive as an educator. My specialization in Enhanced General Education has provided me with a well-rounded perspective, enabling me to approach teaching with a holistic and inclusive mindset. This major allowed me to delve deeper into various educational strategies and methodologies, ensuring that I am well-prepared to meet the diverse needs of my students.

One of my core beliefs as an educator is the importance of differentiated instruction. I understand that each student is unique, with their strengths, challenges, and learning styles. To address this, I strive to create lessons that are tailored to the individual needs of my students, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to succeed. This approach not only helps students grasp concepts more effectively but also fosters a sense of inclusion and respect within the classroom.
In addition to my commitment to differentiated instruction, I also place a strong emphasis on creating an interactive and engaging teaching style. I believe that students learn best when they are actively involved in the learning process. To achieve this, I incorporate group work, discussions, and practical exercises into my lessons. These methods not only make learning more enjoyable but also help students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which are essential for their future success.
Public speaking is another skill that I bring to the table. I have always been comfortable speaking in front of groups, and I use this ability to create dynamic and captivating lessons. Effective communication is key in teaching, and being able to convey ideas clearly and confidently helps me connect with my students and keep them engaged.
Moreover, I am proficient in using Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. These tools are indispensable in today's educational landscape, and my proficiency allows me to create well-organized lesson plans, track student progress, and deliver multimedia presentations that enhance the learning experience.
My passion for teaching goes beyond the classroom. I see myself as a mentor and a role model for my students. I strive to create a positive and supportive atmosphere where students feel safe to express themselves, take risks, and grow both academically and personally. Building strong relationships with my students is important to me, as I believe that trust and mutual respect are the foundations of effective teaching and learning.

My professional journey began at God's Favor Learning Center, where I spent one-year teaching and further developing my skills. This experience was invaluable, as it allowed me to apply the theories and strategies I learned during my studies in a real-world setting. I quickly discovered that teaching is not just about imparting knowledge; it is about inspiring and motivating students, understanding their individual needs, and creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive.

My most relevant education is a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Major in Enhanced General Education, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in teaching strategies, curriculum development, and classroom management for young learners. This background has enabled me to create engaging lesson plans, adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles, and foster an inclusive learning environment. Additionally, my studies have provided me with practical experience through internships and teaching demonstrations, allowing me to apply theoretical knowledge in real classroom settings and develop effective communication and leadership skills essential for teaching.
