My name is Lykha, I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Registered Psychometrician.

I have proven ability to handle confidential information, a skill cultivated through my coursework in Guidance Counseling. Additionally, my experience in undertaking research projects has honed my critical reasoning skill, I have learned to pay attention to detail and to ensure quality in my work. Working in a group has also ingrained in me an initiative-driven approach and developed strong interpersonal skill. 

In my previous work experience as a Store Manager, I successfully managed the day-to-day operations, as well as providing excellent customer service resulting in multiple regular customers. I am also responsible in managing and safekeeping of business financial records such as receipts, daily sales list and journals needed for tax audit. This experience in multitasking and handling diverse responsibilities enables me to effectively and efficiently manage duties as assigned. 

Store In-Charge

• Responsible for opening and closing the store, as well as displaying of items and maintaining the store’s appearance to maximize sales.
• Assisted customers on product selection, purchases and returns.
• Perform cashier duties, including ringing up sales and taking payments.
• Managed documents needed for tax audit such as: daily sales list, receipts, monthly journals.
• Developed a strategic plan for store-wide promotions and sales to maximize revenue.
