I am a call center agent for about 4 years now, and I am a mom of three wonderful kids. Before I became a call center agent, I used to be a volunteer teacher of preschool and elementary students way back in college and in high school.  Up until now I still do some pat time teaching preschool kids at church during Sunday school. And I enjoy what I do.

As a call center agent for about 4 years now, my job is to assist the customers and guide them with their concerns and feedbacks for our company.  Usually, the concerns that I'm getting is that they are looking for their stuffs and that is for both logistic and retail account that I have been through. And for technical supports I usually guide our customers and teach them the basic trouble shooting of their devices by providing some simple instruction. 

I studied Bachelor of Science major in Theology way back 2010-2011 however I wasn't able to finish it due to financial issues. But I'd never stop, so I continue to study and take some short courses in Oxford Language Institue to enhance my communication skills and to be more efficient.
