Mabelle ABAN

Mabelle Aban is a Nutrition and Fitness Consultant who guides people in taking charge of their health more proactively through precise nutrition management and a well-balanced lifestyle. She does this by actively doing private practice in the clinic which she co-founded, SHAPE Medical Fitness and Nutrition Clinic.

She has been a practicing Nutritionist-Dietitian (ND) specializing in clinical and functional nutrition. Being also a Registered Nurse, Sports Nutrition Specialist & Certified Personal Trainer, she is able to support the health of people, both well and sick, more holistically. She is one of the NDs who was able to establish private nutrition practice in multispecialty/ambulatory care clinics in Manila such MegaClinic & other Keralty Clinics, along with other clinic affiliations. She is also the Co-Chair of Sports Nutrition & Wellness Dietetic Practice Group of the Nutritionist-Dietitians Association of the Philippines

elle has been actively promoting the use of food and exercise as medicine by doing lectures, training, content creation and editing. Aside from sharing updates on her FB page, she also has a Spotify Podcast, What DIET, to educate more people on the power of nutrition, fitness and other lifestyle factors in creating sustainable health outcomes.
