Airbus a320 family 

  • Lubrication of Main landing gear, side stay, gear up locks, door up locks, nose gear, fore stay Main gear doors and nose landing gear doors 
  • Servicing of hydraulic reservoir, system accumulator, power brake accumulators.
  • Removal and installation of following:
  • Main landing gear leg assy.
  • MLG retraction actuator
  • MLG side stay
  • Aft and forward pintle pins
  • Forward bearing

 

  • Removal and installation of following:
  • Landing gear Wheels and Brakes
  • Nose landing gear leg assy.
  • NLG forestay and Bearings
  • System Accumulator
  • Power brake accumulator
  • Green, yellow, blue electrical pump
  • PTU manifold
  • Main landing and nose gear doors

 

  • Functional test of normal extension and retraction of landing gears
  • Check of excessive play of nose landing gear torque link
  • Check of excessive play of main landing gear torque link
  • Check of main landing gear shock absorber charge pressure
  • Check of nose landing gear shock absorber charge pressure
  • Check of main and nose landing gear shock absorber fluid level
  • Filling system reservoir
  • Filling wheels 
  • accumulators
  • Sealant application and repairs.
  • TPIS application 
  • Perform Replacement of NLG Dynamic Seal
  • Perform Replacement of MLG Dynamic Sea
