 I have over a year of hands-on experience in provider enrollment and credentialing, beginning as a Provider Enrollment Specialist where I managed applications, verified credentials, and ensured compliance with payer requirements. I later advanced to Supervisor, leading daily team operations, training and coaching staff, monitoring workflows, and maintaining productivity and quality while upholding regulatory standards. 

 My work has involved compliance with CMS guidelines, HIPAA requirements, and multi-state Medicaid enrollment processes across Texas, Florida, New Jersey, Ohio, Mississippi, Alabama, and New Mexico. I also coordinated payer credentialing with commercial insurers and managed care organizations, and I have hands-on experience managing CAQH profiles, including initial setup, maintenance, document uploads, and re-attestations, ensuring providers remain active and compliant. 

This ensured providers were properly enrolled and authorized to deliver services without delays. These experiences have strengthened my skills in regulatory documentation, multi-state compliance management, CAQH administration, and team leadership. Combined with my ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues proactively, and maintain accuracy under strict deadlines, I am confident I can contribute effectively to your credentialing operations and help ensure seamless compliance across diverse regulatory environments.

I graduated from Dominican College of Tarlac with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. This degree provided me with a strong foundation in management, compliance, and operations, which supports my expertise in provider enrollment, credentialing, and healthcare administration.
