Maryleare Palmares

I am a Science / Biology teacher for 16 years in a public school in Philippines. I have been exposed to various students with different needs and learning styles.

I am passionate about motivating my students to learn by creating a friendly classroom environment, integrating technology in my class, fostering love and trust among my students and having an excellent classroom management.

I am a Graduate of Doctor of Philosophy, which trained and eqquiped me with leadership skills and personnel management.

I have been in public school for 16 years and presently the Head Teacher of the Science department in which I monitor , coached, evaluate and train 14 science teachers. I have been an adviser of the Grade 8 curriculum, special science class , and various clubs in which I have performed diligently and brought pride to the school through gaining various awards in the district and division level, I am an outstanding teacher awardee , researcher, division writer and division innovator awardee.

I have graduated as a full scholar of the Curriculum Initiative for teachers Education at West Visayas State University with a double degree BS Biology and Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Biology last 2003.

Ihave finished my Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management at Ifugao State University last 2017.

Presently, I am updating myself by enrolling in Masters in Instructional Leadership in Biology at Iloilo School of Fisheries and already in my thesis writing.
