Kimberly claire mission

I'm undergrad student at STI-West negros University taking Tourism management since I stop I started working in the BPO industry for almost 4years already.  

My first job was chat support representative at Inspiro we handle customer regarding of their problem with their online order It was great experience since I do chat and email as well, I work there for almost 4monts, my second job is health care at the voiceless what we do is we're the one to set appointments, so great job I learn a lot of things in that job. My last job is customer service representative at Telus we handle driver for all inquires and problem like to cancel order its a food delivery this company give me a lot of great idea and knowledge.
