I have been in the BPO industry since 2007 and most of my experience are with Outbound and inbound up selling accounts. Converting NO customers into Yes customers. I also have a background in administrative roles, lead generation, appointment setting and project coordinator. I learned that sales and customer service can go hand in hand with proper knowledge, skills, and training. I used to be a phone banker and customer service with Wells Fargo one of the major banks in the US. My role is to mitigate fraud by reviewing checks and online transactions.
