I am the best choice for consideration because I am very versatile person, I do multitask. I am always ready to accept challenges and embrace changes. I am always willing to do extra mile. I usually work more than 8hours a day, assisting other representatives and do other tasks assigned by the boss. I am willing to be trained and accept other tasks that is outside of my work-related job because I know that this will help me develop and improve my skills.

I worked as a Library Assistant at Law Library, Saint Louis University & as a Cashier at Upland Foods Corporation, Jollibee Session.  As such, I have vast experiences in interpersonal relations and service orientation.   I have also worked at Department of Trade & Industry as a Computer Clerk Trainee, at Texas Instruments Phil., Inc. as a trainee and at Tara Designs Phils., Inc. as an Office Staff; wherein I was exposed to office works. I also worked at EGL Eagle Global Logistics as an Accounting or Operations Assistant. Lastly, I worked with Sitel for 16 years as Customer Service Representative/Escalation/Borrowed Resource Quality Analyst.

I am a graduate of Saint Louis University , Baguio City having completed the four-year Management course in October 2000.
