I have been a customer service in BPO for quite some time in-different line of business. I am very passionate and self-motivated, career oriented, goal driven. Always focus and do what it takes to become the best version of my-self.

I have been in telecommunication for years handled customer service, technical support, sales, collections and retention. I have honed my skills; knowledge use different tools and ability how to engage effectively on a call.
