I have worked in a Business Process Outsourcing company for 8.5 years, where I have held positions ranging from Customer Service Support across multiple platforms (voice, email, and chat) to Training Specialist for a large pet retail company in the United States for 6 years, to recruitment team placement and selection.  Currently, I am working as an independent contractor as a Job File Coordinator for a Restoration Company in the United States. 

For the past six months, I've been working as a Job File Coordinator for a Restoration Services in the United States. I have 6 years experience in Learning and Development and 2 years experience as Customer Service Specialist

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2020.
