I have 9 months of experience being a customer service and 1 year and 5 months of being a real time analyst under workforce management, where I’ve developed strong skills in Reading Data, Basic Microsoft Excel, Strong communication skills, and organizational skills. Editing videos and photos, Logos and tarpaulines by using Canva app, pics art and Capcut are my hobbies. In my previous role at Foudever, I was responsible for monitoring operations Realtime, tracking data on the spot, monitor call volumes, service level and I used various reporting tools and dashboard as well to monitor team's performance. Talking to a client in relations to operational work was one of my daily routines.
