Being an ESL teacher abroad I've got to do highly rewarding work, be creative, work individually to plan and prepare classes but also work in a teams or department environment to achieve results. The holidays, like in Vietnam when I worked there, I had the opportunity to travel and in general the secure nature of employment in the education field are also major bonuses with my employer.

Being an ESL Teacher I can define that English as a Second Language (ESL) is an intensive instructional program designed to develop proficiency in the comprehension, listening, speaking, reading, and writing of the English language.
