I experienced to work as OJT in Astoria Plaza Hotel performing the proper standard of a high end hotel regarding of the rules and regulations. Providing of being hospitable in every guest by treating them properly to serve according to meet their expectations especially their satisfaction and be still in good character in any situation working professionally.
