I’m a hardworking, proactive, and versatile Customer Service Supervisor with proven experience in fast-paced call center environments. Career Journey:
I began my career as a Technical Support Representative (TSR) and was quickly promoted to Quality Assurance (QA) during my time at Teleperformance. My passion for delivering excellence drove me to join Afni as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). Due to my performance, I was promoted within four months to a Support Coach, and soon after, I advanced to the role of Call Center Supervisor.

In addition to my full-time roles, I have also worked as a Virtual Assistant on a part-time basis. In this capacity, I managed administrative tasks, scheduled meetings, and handled customer inquiries via email and social media. I also managed Facebook Ads campaigns, including ad creation, optimization, and performance analysis using Facebook Ads Manager. Additionally, I produced engaging video content for social media to boost client visibility and engagement. These roles have enhanced my marketing, content creation, and multitasking abilities, allowing me to manage multiple priorities remotely with efficiency.

Leading a team of call center agents to consistently meet performance targets.
Handling escalated calls and resolving customer issues.
Scheduling shifts and conducting interviews for new hires.
Overseeing quality assurance processes to maintain service standards.
Preparing and analyzing weekly and monthly performance reports.
As a Virtual Assistant, managed calendars, scheduled appointments, handled customer emails, supported various administrative tasks, and managed Facebook Ads campaigns and social media content creation.
