I'm almost 14 years in telecom industry. I'm DT analyst for Metro Global Services Inc. for Globe Integra Project handling two clusters in Visayas in my recent job. In my work, I did handle cluster optimization for the 2G, LTE and NR bands. In addition, I manage and supervise my DT engineers and riggers for the list of sites, DT route, schedules, equipment and scripts to be used with the coordination with the higher management and Globe representatives. In addition, In my previous companies I assist our PM in utilizing all the resources and staff, I assigned each team for designation sites and do the follow up  and coordination with the clients for the approval of the reports. I'm versatile and goal oriented. I'm also open minded for new ideas which will make me become more efficient
