I have been trained in using SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms such as Slack, Opendock, Shopify, ZenDesk, SalesForce, ReAmaze, Google Docs & Workspace, Bomgar Remote Management, BMC-Helix Remedy (ITSM), Confluence, Active Directory, MS Azure AD, Airwatch, JAMF, RSA Provisioning, Citrix, VMWare, as well as various CRM (Customer Relationship Management) like LMS (Learning Management Systems) and SAP (Systems Applications and Products).
In 1998, I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Philippine School of Business Administration, with a major in Business Management.
