Richard Pescador

I have a 15-year solid HR Management experience and taught Industrial Psychology, HR and Management subjects in FEU for 10 years.  I love my HR work and I am craving for more exposure and experiences in this field. Looking forward to growing old in a company now and assist this company gain competitive advantage in people management. 

I have 15 years solid HR Management experience and I am now working as Senior Manager for HRAD in SBS Philippines Corporation.  I once became HR Head for FEATI University, Manila and a retired part-time faculty member from FEU Manila (2010-2020). 

Completed my Master of Science in Educational Measurement and Evaluation at De La Salle University, Manila in 2002 under a company scholarship. Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in Intramuros, Manila, batch 1995.  Furthermore, I am a yellow belt six sigma certified in 2020.
