I am currently connected with Megaworld Hotels and Resorts as Safety and Security Manager. 

After having my 3-year stint as a Store Manager at Greenwich Pizza Corp I joined the Hotel Industry, and currently holds the position of Safety and Security Manager with Megaworld Corporation. In my 20 years with Security, I’ve been on different positions from; Officer-In-Charge, Team Leader, Detachment Commander, Security Officer, Chief Security Officer and Security and Safety Manager. I was assigned on different institutions and aside from Hotels I've also handled Office Buildings, Industrials, Condominium’s, Retails and Food Companies. I have been directly responsible for the formulation of the Program for Security Staffs as well as the Safety and Security orientation for the newly hired employees. I have supervised more than 500 security personnel in one property and have handled likewise investigations in both criminal and civil cases. I have also engaged in carrying out Emergency Procedures and Measures concerning the Loss Prevention as part of the Crisis Management Team. I have been responsible for the making and revising company’s security Policies and Procedures and ensuring its implementation. Also responsible for the overall operations and maintenance of surveillance equipment and function as company adviser to the company owner and/or general manager on security affairs
