• Involved in series of phases from requirements definition analysis, estimation, design, coding, debugging and testing of SQL scripts, Informatica ETL Mapping, Sessions and Workflows to be implemented to Production (Data Warehouse).
• Conversion/Migration from Talend ETL jobs to Microsoft SQL Server Database and T-SQL scripts (e.g. Stored Procedures, Functions, Cron/Scheduled jobs, etc.).
• Involved in requirements definition analysis on the SQL scripts, design mapping specifications, DDL changes and RDB Models for data integration/extraction and reporting concerning Data flow testing.
• Provides technical support and participates in coding, debugging and unit testing of ETL programs to create BAU Reconciliation Transactions and Reports to be implemented using the required development platforms
• Ensure Data Quality by following all Testing Standards through Unit Testing, UAT and Post Deployment Testing of ETL programs/scripts to provide accurate data/information and reports using the required development platforms.
• Creates data validation reports, data extraction reports and ad-hoc reports using pre-defined/coded Spark and Python SQL scripts and provides to business group on a daily/weekly basis.
• During Hive to Snowflake migration of Cloud Database, we ensure to create SQL test scripts by reverse-engineering pre-coded Java scripts/code and compare the test results based on the data quality standards. 
• Updates, review codes, design mapping and tests results after coding and analysis of the requirements based on the coding standards, functional and technical specification documents.
• Assists counterparts in assessment, tracking and monitoring of tasks and planned tasks based on the timelines defined.
• Prepare and submit to client proper documentation (e.g. User’s Guide, Technical documents, Estimation document, Status Reports, RACI document, Tasks/Work/ETL Jobs/Object Activity Tracker document, etc.)

TECHNICAL SUMMARY AND SKILLS:

• Over 25 years of extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology.
• Strong background in systems analysis and design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of Application Systems.
• Excellent programming and relational database skills using Spark SQL, Snowflake SQL, Hive SQL, TALEND Open Studio, INFORMATICA POWERCENTER, POWERBUILDER, PLSQL and T-SQL under UNIX and WINDOWS platform.
• A team player, responsible, hardworking, proactive and has initiative.
• Provide thought of leadership by ensuring technical guidance to the team members in coding standards and procedures, reference materials, sample programs, performance tuning, functional and technical design documentation, business requirements and status reports.
• Consolidates tests and reviews the application program scripts/modules, objects, stored procedures, views, triggers, functions and packages assigned to the team members.
• With background and knowledge on PYTHON and TERADATA.
