Starting from the reporter for the monthly bulletin of YAMAHA Resort TSUMAGOI, I have developed my skills until a chief copywriter of HONDA general purpose products department and conducting campaigns as a creative director. I was also in charge of managing the creative staff and nurturing the company's creative qualities. I have been working in advertising area over 16 years mainly in Japan really induced me to get out of the robot-like materialistic world.

I am fed up with the conventional styles of selling; I mean I believe "commercials for commercials' sake" doesn't make sense any more in this matured-consumers' age. Only the facts or truth will count on consumers' or audiences' heartstrings. Hence, the goal of my profession is "To Make People Think Positively On Truth." With this, I have engaged in translation works through Upwork (former oDesk) (EN to JP Translation Skill Test: Top 20%) etc for more than 5 years.

I have extensive experiences in JP/EN Bilingual Customer Service Executive for global travel agencies and then JP/EN Bilingual Service Desk Expert in IT area after moving into the Philippines. Thus I have been developing further skills to lead and manage teams with controlling service qualities by showing examples particularly to Japanese clients with sales, IT, DE, accounting, and suppliers.

I am able to contribute to a company by offering different tacks to universal view to vitalise the market for the company's development for my different experiences, spinning out of Japan, from ordinary Japanese who have been spending "salary man life" in conventional companies. Having been working with young Filipinos in the Philippines, I found as an aged man more fun in nurturing and developing my colleagues rather than implementing something myself and pursuing my own achievements.
