- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets concerning lender product and support
- Regularly conduct spot checks and update product configuration such as Rates, Fees, and Features in the system
- Perform regular product configuration audit on the system to ensure lender product data are kept up to date
- Perform assessment and investigation on product-related issues and concerns
- Facilitate discussions with LPM team members and other relevant stakeholders in relation to process, risk and status reporting
- Proficient at curating, compiling and distributing critical broker communications such as Lender SLAs and Lender product and policy updates
- Ensure knowledge base articles in Helix is kept accurate and up to date
- Propose solutions and enhancements which will contribute to the improvement of the team's systems and processes
- Tertiary education qualification in IT or Finance related discipline
- Ability to perform gap analysis to identify necessary changes and its impact particularly on the area of product configuration and support
- Capability to develop, plan and execute activities to achieve agreed outcomes
- Must have at least 2 years experience in mortgage products and processes, preferably, from an Australian mortgage industry or financial institution
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal
- A Self-starter and capable of demonstrating an independent workload self-management attitude but is a team player
- Flex-first (Work from home) but must be willing to work onsite as needed or once a week.
