Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Makati City. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with tracking shipments, providing accurate information, handling complaints professionally, and maintaining timely communication to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with logistics or courier services is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or relevant certifications are advantageous
