Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Makati for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will interact with clients, respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing customer accounts, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role requires maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering exceptional service in line with company values.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening and clear articulation.
- Customer-oriented mindset with proven problem-solving and issue resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic technical proficiency, including familiarity with using customer service software and standard office applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team-focused environment.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
