- Maintain and monitor pacing sheets and performance trackers, ensuring monthly achievement of campaign KPIs.
- Provide feedback to campaign specialists on performance and motivate them to perform.
- Handle client queries and provide necessary information.
- Handle escalations when required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Programmatic Advertising
- Minimum of 2 years experience in People Management
- Proficiency in programmatic platforms such as Simplifi and The Trade Desk
- Experience in KPI Management and Campaign Performance Management
