    We're looking for a smart and hard working person to join our team on building the future of insurance technology. As a Project Manager & Scrum Master, you are responsible for allocating and managing company resources to deliver to specifications whilst ensuring time frames are met, as well as running the scrum process and ensuring the team follows agile principles and practices. This role is perfect for sharpening your skills, developing your career and making a name for yourself.

    What you'll be doing:
    • Be the main point of contact for our software developers to the management
    • Develop a close working relationship with stakeholders and gain a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of the business model and operations.
    • Assist collecting detailed requirements elicitation and key stakeholders
    • Break projects into doable tasks and setting timeframes
    • Coach the team by ensuring they are trained on the values of scrum and agile practices; help them how to be self-organised and productive
    • Help the team eliminate blockers by determining and forseeing blockers and impediments so they don't affect project progress
    • Perform reviews of the software development team members
    • Run scrum meetings such as stand ups, sprint planning meetings, retrospectives, and perform sprint review/ demo
    • Perform backlog grooming at least every few days throughout the sprint
    • Produce necessary report for the management

    What we offer:
    • Permanent, full time position (40 hours per week)
    • PHP 50,000 to 100,000 per month, depends on your current skill level, knowledge and experience
    • Generous performance bonuses - up to 15% for high performers

    What we need you to have:
    • Excellent Written and Spoken English
    • At least 7+years working as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
    • Comfortable using time tracking software (Time Doctor)
    • Flexible and team-player
    • Quiet and distraction-free workspace
    • Modern and reliable computer with microphone, headset and webcam
    • Fast and reliable internet connection (fiber or Starlink, not mobile internet)

    Interested Here's what you need to do to be a part of our team:

    3. Depending on the result of the Round 1 Interview, you will be asked to do our Written Interview

    4. After successfully completing the Written Interview, you will need to pass our online Skills Test

    5. After going through the challenges above, you will now have a final video Interview with our CEO.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php50, Php100,000.00 per month
