    Job Responsibilities

    • Partner with various business units in the planning and execution of annual property-wide budgets.
    • Provide analytic reports in measuring performance indicators, highlighting trends, and comparing against standards and benchmarks.
    • Assist General Accounting and Financial Reporting Team in the review of the monthly financial reports. Provide comparison of actual against budget and other financial evaluations.
    • Review and monitor capital requests and expenditures against budget and existing company policies.
    • Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial and operational analyses and presentations requested by the management.
    • Prepare market research reports that are beneficial to measure the company's financial and operational metrics against industry peers.
    • Provide operational or technical support as needed within the Finance Team or other departments.
    • Provide recommendations vital to the operation, not necessarily limited to financial matters, with pertinent data, observations and analysis.
    • Develop and maintain standards and documentations.
    • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

    Qualifications

    • Extensive knowledgeable in MS office apps like macro excel and power BI.
