About the role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a results-oriented Manager in our Management Advisory Services, which will be based in our office in Cebu City. This position requires individuals with a strong sense of integrity, exceptional people skills, adaptability to meaningful change, and a relentless client focus.

• Lead a talented team of management advisory professionals: Develop their skills, mentor their growth, and guide them in delivering exceptional client service.
• Drive Innovation & Results: Continuously improve our service delivery and achieve strong performance for our clients.
• Be a Client Champion: Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Become a Business Leader: Oversee team productivity, monitor profitability, and contribute to the strategic direction of the MAS unit.

Qualifications

• A strong foundation in finance and accounting
• Experience in Consulting and Financial Reporting
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and project management.
• Proven leadership skills: You can motivate, delegate, and inspire your team to achieve their best.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• A passion for learning and growth: You're always looking for ways to improve yourself and your team.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Salary range:

₱50,000 to ₱85,000
