    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Business Process Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop streamlined processes, gather requirements, create documentation, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business requirements & processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
    • Develop, collect, and maintain business process analysis & documentation, including flowcharts, process maps, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to provide clear insights into current processes
    • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, understand business requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
    • Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and elicit their feedback
    • Collaborate with IT teams to assess, recommend, and implement technology solutions that align with business process improvements
    • Facilitate the configuration of new technologies to streamline and automate processes
    • Identify and assess potential risks associated with business processes and recommend risk mitigation strategies
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
    • Create comprehensive documentation for new and revised business requirements & processes
    • Coordinate the training programs to ensure that team members understand and adhere to optimized processes
    • Support the implementation of new requirements & process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions
    • Proactively identify and recommend business & process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
    • Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented changes, ensuring ongoing optimization
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis & technologies

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology or related field
    • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) in English (written & verbal)
    • Proficient in process mapping techniques and documentation tools
    • Proficient in MS Office/Office 365/Google applications
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies & Six Sigma
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Tech savviness/computer literacy skills with an interest in technologies & following the trends
    • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management

    Preferred Qualifications/Nice to have:

    • Certification in Business Process Management (BPM) or related field.
    • MS Visio/Draw io/Lucidchart/Miro/any related technologies for BPM
