    Job Description:

    • Responsible for providing administrative support services in the areas of human resource management and administrative services to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations within the organization.
    • Does the overall direction and control of the human resources services such as recruitment and selection, employee engagement, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
    • Establishes increasing awareness on food safety culture within the organization and for the employees to recognize its effect to food safety and quality.
    • Forms part of the management team and plays a key role in setting of company policies and guidelines aligned with the organizational business plans

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Graduate of Behavioral Science course (Human Resource Management.
    Psychology) or any related courseExperience: -With 6-8 years of HR work experience, at least 3-4 years in managerial capacity preferably in a food manufacturing company.

    Skill/Other Requirements -Strong organizational skills, planning and decision making skills -Good leadership and human capital development skills (interpersonal and employee engagement) and workplace culture development skills -Knowledgeable of the Labor Laws and Occupational Safety and Health Standards -Knowledgeable on the industry's GMP, HACCP, HALAL and FSSC standards and requirements.
