- Providing general support, administration, and maintenance for the global SFDC platform including interfaces to SAP, Eloqua, ServiceNow and other systems.
- Working directly with key users and end users to resolve support issues within SFDC
- Support execution of the Digital Roadmap, business process automation and system integrations
- Continuously monitor and improve org health and user adoption.
- Ensure overall SFDC compliance (SOX, FDA, internal, etc.) and support regular audits.
- Work on simple to moderate user stories or change requests in an Agile Sprint Release
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent- Engineering, Computer Science
- 1-2 years of working experience as Salesforce Support with a solid understanding of platform-specific design patterns and large data volume strategies, Lightning experience is a plus.
- At least 1 year of information technology experience in a customer-facing organization
- Working Experience in global Service Management (ITIL certification is a plus)
- Certified Salesforce System Administrator
- Business fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Have been working in an international and multicultural environment.
- Proven knowledge of Salesforce Administration & Operations
- Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.
- Amenable to work on a NIGHT SHIFT schedule
