    Key Responsibilities

    • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical leadership to the Salesforce support team, guiding them on best practices, complex issue resolution, and optimization strategies.
    • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements.
    • Incident Management:
    • Manage and prioritize support incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce configuration, custom code, integrations, and data.
    • Customization and Configuration:
    • Oversee Salesforce configuration, custom development, and integration activities to meet business requirements.
    • Work closely with administrators and developers to implement and test changes in sandbox environments before deployment.
    • Performance Optimization:
    • Conduct regular performance assessments of the Salesforce platform.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to optimize and enhance system performance, addressing any scalability or efficiency issues.
    • Release Management:
    • Plan and execute Salesforce releases, ensuring minimal disruption to users and systems.
    • Coordinate with development and testing teams to validate the impact of new releases on existing configurations.
    • Collaboration with Stakeholders:
    • Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce solutions with other enterprise systems.
    • Documentation and Training:
    • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and issue resolutions.
    • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and support staff.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Extensive experience in Salesforce administration, customization, and support.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration patterns.
    • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder.
    • Proficiency in data management, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

    Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Communications Cloud, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder.
