    1.Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Managerand indirectly to the Service Unit Head, the roleholder will work within the MIS team to providetechnical leadership on operational support for theJAKA group.

    2.

    The Lead Technical Support oversees several keyfunctions within the IT Service Delivery Team,enabling the delivery of high-quality service to end-users and ensuring that Service Support andService Delivery processes are in place to meetbusiness needs.

    3.

    This role requires the incumbent to establish andmanage expectations within the business and todrive and lead the technical support of the ITService Delivery Unit team to achieve expectationsto a high standard.


    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Graduate of 4 year computer related fieldsuch as BS Computer Science, ComputerEngineering, or equivalent courses

    oExperience:

    • Minimum of 3 5 years related workexperience Skill/

    Other Requirements:

    • Relevant IT industry certifications.
    • With at least 56 hours of technicaltraining/certifications.
