    The Opportunity

    As a Support Technical Lead, you will:

    • Deliver exceptional support for Java/web applications on AWS, ensuring top-notch service quality with minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Utilize your expertise in operating systems, applications, and software to lead the team effectively.
    • Supervise application service configuration and maintenance to safeguard the production system consistently.
    • Administer a ticketed query system to keep an updated record of issues and resolutions.
    • Collaborate on the development and enhancement of operational processes and automation strategies to propel continuous improvement initiatives.

    About You

    • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in client-facing application support roles.
    • Cloud Expertise: Extensive background in cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
    • Documentation Skills: Proficient in crafting client-facing documentation.
    • Ticketing Systems: Proficient with platforms like Jira.
    • Flexibility: Willingness to work extra hours during emergencies and follow a 24x7 shifting schedule.
    • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

    Advantages (Not Required)

    • Leadership experience and familiarity with specific technologies like Tomcat, Nginx, or MongoDB would be beneficial.
