    Responsibilities


    • Monitor Snowflake tasks, ADF pipelines, and Power BI refresh.
    • Create ServiceNow ticket for every error encountered on the tasks /jobs being monitored; error details should be provided
    • Analyze and resolve incident tickets assigned
    • Provide recommendations in the resolution of incident tickets
    • Support ad-hoc reports or projects for process improvement (i.e., building SQL query for impact analysis of table dependencies)
    • Maintain ticket tracker and categorize assigned tickets and document implemented resolution
    • Help maintain documentation in Confluence
    • Coordinate with client counterparts when clarifying the issues encountered or validating the requirements needed to resolve the issue
    • Participate in client/team calls as required
    Preference:


    • Supply Chain report development
    • Knowledgeable data transformation (ETL)
    • ADF or Power BI Certification
    Qualifications

    • Ability to communicate issues with report design to technical/business users and offer suggestions on how to improve it
    • Ability to communicate issues/concerns effectively and efficiently
    • Ability to communicate needs or ask for additional requirements that are not documented or correct
    • Ability to give updates and explain progress to lead/team effectively
    • Can use experience and skills to make design choices and make suggestions on the best way to display data
    • Communication on requirements question (reaching out to business/technical resources to clarify specs or functionality)
    • DAX formula or the ability to research and find the correct DAX to use
    • Graphical tooltips design for visuals ODBC connectivity to data sources (Oracle Databases)
    • Multi-Language Reports using Tabular Editor (XML)
    • Power BI Bookmarks Page navigation through bookmarks/selections
    • Power Bi Paginated Report knowledge
    • Power Query Functionality (column/data transformations, unions, joins, Power BI Modeling (including relationships/join functionality)
    • Professional visual representation (visual alignment, color schemes, standardization across reports, etc.)
    • SQL skills to write/develop SQLs for testing or Snowflake development
