    Encora is actively searching for a Technical Lead (React JS/Java - Springboot) to join our Team. The role will be the main point-of-contract (POC) of the client. An ideal candidate must be open to work on dayshift schedule and to work on hybrid work set up (2x per week) in Paseo de Roxas Makati City.

    The role includes the following duties and responsibilities:
    • Monitoring and management of tasks assigned to the team.
    • Requirement gathering with the Client.
    • Alignment with technical team.
    • Management of the following:
    • Tasks/Activities Assignment: Tasks/Activities Follow-up, Escalation, Planning, Inquiries and Concerns
    • Task Reporting: Milestone Update, KPI and SLA Reports, Risk and Issue Report – includes remediation plans and strategies.
    Qualification:
    • BS degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related subject.
    • At least 5 years of experience in IT Industry.
    • Experience working as Technical Lead.
    • Proficient with web application development.
    • Strong experience in React JS, Java and Springboot.
    • Experience or familiarity with Apigee.
    • Nice to have experience with Vanilla JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOAP/Restful services, NodeJS and MS SQL.
