    Job Description :

    Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast paced and challenging area This is a unique opportunity for you to lead a team focusing on supporting our growing Automation Platform for the Middle Office and managing a growing team of intelligent automation professionals

    Job summary:

    As a Business Transformation Manager within our Middle Office Automation Platform team, you will focus on supporting our growing platform and managing a team of intelligent automation professionals. You will have direct responsibility over all Middle Office Intelligent Automation initiatives and work to expand our pipeline to support our stakeholder needs. You will also partner with new technology solutions and our Center of Excellence (COE) for technology to manage the daily maintenance of our BOTs as well as ideation sessions with leaders on new initiatives. This role is heavily invested as a support role in execution of the Commercial Banking Business Transformation agenda and will continue to evolve as business needs grow.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Partner with Senior Middle Office Leadership and our Technology COE to lead the charge for grassroots efforts on sourcing new ideas for building efficiencies across the Middle Office
    • Manage the Intelligent Automation Team for Middle Office, including care and feeding of current initiatives and continued development of annual pipeline of work
    • Collaborate on new platform and technology initiatives supporting the Middle Office
    • Support Controls and Governance around technology and partnership with Control teams to ensure audit-readiness of automation efforts
    • Lead storytelling and visualization of data for automation initiatives
    • Inspire a culture of innovation and execution of ideas around technology
    • Lead a growing automation team and responsible for key operational leverage deliverables annually
    • Review of large-scale initiatives and placement for future-state strategy of current tactical solutions
    • Understand financial needs and grow the business

    Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Relentless and versatile learner with an aptitude for assimilating new industry, company, product or technical knowledge
    • Five years project management discipline and capability to manage multiple priorities at once
    • Five years in leading a capable team of professionals and ability to development of top talent in the organization
    • Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities
    • Demonstrated, consistent executive presence with the ability to adapt to the evolving needs in the Middle Office
    • Ability to work independently and know when to escalate complex and unusual issues
    • Problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
    • Strong analytical verbal and written communication skills
    • Understanding of firm-wide digital tools such as UiPath, SharePoint, Tableau, Alteryx

    Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred & or 10 years of equivalent work experience
