- Approval & Signing Operations:
- Lead the update of Approver Matrices as per determined requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and guidelines.
- Proactively address overdue signatories including request by users to resend the envelope to expedite the closure of envelopes in DocuSign, offering guidance and support to team members as required.
- Drive ongoing & monthly updates of the Signatory Identifier Tool, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data, and lead the preparation of requisite data for Quarterly Data review processes.
- Identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new DocuSign and Evisort users, ensuring comprehensive training and support.
- Actively manage and resolve user issues promptly and mentor team members as appropriate. Offering guidance on complex cases and escalating where necessary.
- Ensure guidelines, job aids & training materials are regularly updated accurately in digital formats and SharePoint platforms.
- Lead the development of a comprehensive FAQs based on user issue resolutions for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the generation of standard reports to prompt renewal alerts and conduct contextual contract searches in English, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Lead the management of criteria and recipients for notification alerts, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compile and present comprehensive monthly metrics report for the CC Leadership team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide direction, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to optimize team performance and productivity, driving efficiency gains and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the contract management process.
- Serve as a liaison between the team and upper management, communicating priorities, challenges, and successes effectively.
