Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Paid Media Manager located in Taguig, with flexibility for remote work. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for media planning and strategy, communication, staying up-to-date with new media trends, and public relations efforts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• STRATEGY
• Play an active role in developing digital paid media strategies
• Develop, implement and launch campaigns using multiple platforms including Google, Bing, Paid Social, Paid Search
• Conduct extensive audience, keyword, placement and platform research to help inform paid media strategies
• Provide and communicate strategic direction on PPC (pay–per–click) campaign initiatives, identifying key messages and value propositions
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, including bid optimization, landing page optimization, analyzing search query reports and creating ad copy (when necessary)
• REPORTING
• Create monthly reports with analysis on campaign performance coupled with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
• ADMINISTRATION
• Train and coach paid media specialists
• Collaborate with digital paid media specialists on research, campaign creation and optimization efforts
• Assign tickets received in Wrike to subordinates, monitor end to end completion and turnaround time, QA before submission of tasks

Qualifications:

• Experience in Google Ads manager and any SEM software such as Sprinklr, Skai,DV360, Adobe
• Strong grasp of the Digital Marketing landscape and how paid search and paid social plays a pivotal role in the marketing efforts across all channels and platforms
• Ability to run additional media in Google platform, such as display, YouTube, and performance max campaigns
• Small team organization and good command of the English language
• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience

Working Conditions:

• Mid-shift (6pm-3am)
