- The Software Licensing Administrator is responsible to support, manage, administer & deliver license contracts/agreements for Tricentis products.
- This includes supporting customer and internal requests for information related to licensing of Tricentis software products.
- The Software Licensing Administrator will also facilitate communication between the customer and its providers in order to deliver software license according to purchase order/agreements and to ensure licensing compliance.
- Pro-actively establish collaborative relationship with Sales team to gather required information and work collectively for compliance closures.
- Contribute to internal knowledge expansion and continual process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant license administration functions for a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) product for both cloud and on-premise applications.
