    We are looking for an Operations Support Manager to join our Cambridge English Exam Services team. As a key member of our team, your goal will be supporting the Manila Based Exam Services team in the day-to-day line management of multiple Operations Administrators and Senior Operations Administrator while they support the business in delivering efficient, effective and customer focused examinations by overseeing the completion of processes relating to the delivery of Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) exams. Primarily focusing on the developmental support and line management of a team you may also be required to play a supporting role in delivering strategic improvements and project work as well as supporting Business as Usual (BAU) activities as and when required.

    As an Operations Support Manager you will be the primary line management support for all Manila based Operations Administrators and Senior Operations Administrators within Exam Servies and Assessment Operations. You will help your direct reports to identify personal areas of development relating to their current role and professional aspirations for the future by developing them so they are:

    You will also need to gain an understanding of the regulatory implications that relate to processes the jobholder's team are responsible for completing, and ensuring direct reports share that understanding.

    The successful applicant will be required to support in the recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of Operations Administrators and Senior Operations Administrators across CEQ Delivery as well as supporting in other BAU activities and project work as required.
