    Job Description

    The Accounting Senior Team Lead is responsible for:

    • US and Local GAAP & Tax reporting
    • Handle APAC, SEA, ANZ, N
    • Manage legal entity
    • Coordination of internal and external audit
    • Manage global team and act as key person for local institutions and statistical office
    • Timely closing and execution of financial periods as per closing calendar in accordance to SLA commitments, observing compliance, internal audit and SOX requirements
    • Balance sheet reconciliation
    • Process improvements in line with global standards

    The Successful Applicant

    The successful Accounting Senior Team Lead is:

    • CPA
    • 6 years professional experience at least
    • Global Account to report function of a large multi-state company
    • US GAAP experience for at least 3 years
    • Experience with handling legal entities
    • Exposure with Audit and MNC
    • Has managed APAC, SEA, ANZ and N (International)
    • Has handled statutory adjustments for local and US GAAP
    • Managerial/Supervisory experience of at least 2 years is preferred
    • BPO experience or Shared Service center of a multinational corporation
    • SAP is preferred
